We offer the complete supply and fit service, or can
work on an installation only basis
Drayton and Ellis has spent many years working in the
bathroom refurbishment business, and feel that our attention
to detail, planning and forethought, make us an excellent
option for any bathroom related improvement or
refurbishment. Modern bathrooms are one of the most exacting
areas of the plumbing and heating trade, partly because of
the multi skilled requirements involved in the refurbishment
and installation, and partly because of the constant
development of new and more technically advanced sanitary
appliances and equipment.
We
can offer the complete service, from design and inception
right through to ‘ready to use’ completion. This is because
we keep all our plumbing and heating instalation work ‘in
house’. We only use our employees for the plumbing work,
which is at the heart of any bathroom refit. For all the
other non plumbing trades, we have a well proven and select
group of sub contractors for the plastering, tiling, joinery
and electrics. We only use the same group of subcontractors,
all of whom have carried out work in both the partners’
homes and who have worked with us for many years.
We
understand that the final aesthetic finish of a modern
bathroom is absolutely vital, yet the technical excellence
‘behind the scenes’ is crucial in ensuring that your
beautiful new bathroom can do what it is meant to. For this
reason, we always like to look at the overall plumbing
requirements for a proposed new bathroom, particularly in
relation to volume, pressure and flow rates of hot and cold
water supply, the ability of waste and foul water drainage
systems to cope with higher outflow and whether the
structure of the room can cope with increased demands and
the ability to properly waterproof areas of the structure.
