The
Baxi duotec range of combi boilers is available with a 2 years
manufacturers parts and labour warranty, the Baxi Platinum range comes
with a 5 years manufacturers parts and labour warranty. Both ranges are
available in outputs of 24, 28, 33 and 40 kilowatts, giving hot water flow
rates of 9.5, 11, 13 & 16 litres respectively. The boilers are all
designed to ensure that they operate in condensing mode whenever they are
providing hot water, to achieve the best possible efficiency. All these
boilers have flue options which allow the boiler to be installed up to 10
metres from an external wall, and the flues can be run either vertically
or horizontally. As approved installers for Baxi, we are fully trained on
the installation and maintenance of their products and we carry a
comprehensive range of service spares and replaceable parts. Baxi also
offer a priority service for our clients, which means that in the event of
a breakdown under warranty, they will guarantee an engineer visit next
working day.
